The challenge was to implement the requirements and previously gathered experience of the Zeitgeber team into a new product design suitable for series production. By closely examining the user environment, we were able to determine the technically feasible limits with the high design requirements at an early stage. During the design sprint workshop, the critical elements of the product were defined, then produced and tested. Close cooperation between all teams enabled the project to be implemented on schedule, and a test series of several hundred Zeitgeber lamps was sent out into the field. Product safety requirements and high-quality manufacturing materials were considered early on in this project.

Product design
With the help of an industrial designer, it was possible to balance the high design standards with the manufacturability of the product at an early stage.
Prototype construction
In order to validate our jointly developed concept as quickly as possible, we have started initial development work and created prototypes of the critical components of the product.
Product development
During product development, the entire product life cycle was analyzed, with particular attention paid to usability for the target customers and the area of application. Early assessment of the key risk factors made it possible to achieve optimal implementation for the application through constructive solutions.
Production management
Thanks to our extensive network of manufacturers, we were able to work with Zeitgeber to find suitable partners for timely delivery and provide all the necessary components for assembly in the shortest possible time. Both order logistics and quality management of the goods received played an important role in the successful implementation.
3D design
From the outset, development was supported by CAD design. The entire product was modeled as a digital twin in order to be able to predict and communicate geometric factors and generate production data.

The light module provides the best lighting atmosphere at any time of day. It is optimally aligned with the human biorhythm.
The light module can be easily and individually configured and can be changed and adjusted by the user at any time.

Zeitgeber started looking for partners very early on and now works closely with hotels, where their product upgrades standard hotel rooms to biorhythm rooms.
This close cooperation in the B2B sector enables them to generate a product with a strong focus on a clearly defined user group.
