Project
description

For this project, we supported industrial designers EOOS NEXT with engineering for their sanitary device. Together, we completed the design, construction, parts ordering, and assembly in just a few weeks. Then it was time to start the next sprint—that’s how fast things can move and how well different disciplines can work together, even when they’re not under one roof.

Services

Product concept

Together with EOOS NEXT, we developed several concepts and conducted preliminary tests to find the best technology for this major task. Based on designs that have long been used successfully in a wide variety of industries, we soon found the most promising one.

Prototype construction

We worked flat out to build several machines for EOOS NEXT that form part of the overall concept and tested them under real conditions. This enabled us to learn new things on a monthly basis and adapt our design. Within a very short time, we achieved results that are truly impressive.

Product development

With the technically highly skilled and quick-thinking team at EOOS NEXT, we were able to demonstrate how efficient and fast engineering can be when the collaboration is right. This applies to design as well as purchasing and research. Hundreds of individual parts were jointly designed, built, ordered, installed, tested, and immediately optimized by our teams. This makes work fun!

3D design

The combination of designing and testing very quickly on the actual object brought a lot of speed and learning success to this project. The combination of specially designed parts and standard parts also works very efficiently!

Clean and low-maintenance thanks to the selection of the right materials and surfaces
