Project management

From project launch to
beyond market entry.
We support our customers far beyond the initial product and market entry. We take care of certification, product optimization, production optimization, quality management, purchasing, and logistics.
For you, this means that you don’t have to jump into action when there is a communication error in production—it also means that you don’t have to rebuild structures and read up on things that aren’t actually your job.
Nevertheless, you will always have access to the relevant facts and figures and can be secure and independent when it comes to structures and data, if you wish. Together, we will learn a lot about your customers and products and continuously improve them!
When do I start
the certification process:
Ideally, you should ensure at a very early stage that the final product complies with all regulatory requirements. Here, too, discussions with certification partners can provide valuable insights into product safety!
Different countries have different regulations, and the costs of testing vary greatly. It is therefore strategically worthwhile to consider this issue in good time.
We would be happy to assist you with this or even take care of the entire process for you.
How do I optimize
my product?
Especially with products that are available in large quantities on the market, working with your support team gives you the opportunity to identify problems that arise for customers early on and take countermeasures. You can also evaluate returns of non-functioning products relatively quickly. The 80/20 rule applies here—20% of problems are responsible for 80% of returns. This makes it easy to prioritize the problems that need to be fixed.
It is always important to distinguish between the problem that the customer sees and the actual cause of the problem. For example, a customer may say, “My product no longer charges.” Internal testing of the product reveals that only the charging indicator was not working.
In general, it makes sense to observe customers interacting with the product in order to identify areas for improvement.
