We provide you with an overview of the offers so that you can make informed decisions based on our experience.

For example, a young consumer goods startup will opt for a low-cost manufacturer in Asia or Southeast Europe, while an SME in the medical sector is more likely to choose a Central European manufacturer that has all the certifications one could wish for.

The magic triangle of quality, time, and price. It is certainly not possible to have all three areas perfectly balanced. Fast, high-quality services are expensive. Offers that appear inexpensive often mean that you have to do more communication work and take a certain risk that the quality or delivery reliability will still not be right.

In general, our recommendation, especially for young companies, is to stay in Europe. For example, you can find very good offers in Hungary with good communication and reliability. The same applies to Czechia, Portugal, and Slovenia, for example. Producers in these countries are sometimes even cheaper than Asia and, of course, with shorter delivery times. It is often the case that in Asia, the tools are cheap for smaller orders, but the unit costs are high – it is worth doing a break-even calculation and definitely estimating the delivery costs and times as well as the communication effort!
